Yes. Adding or claiming a listing on VibeDex costs nothing. There is no listing fee, no contract and no minimum term. You can update or remove your listing whenever you like.
What do I need to list my business?
Your business name, address, phone number, category and a business email address we can verify you on. Opening hours, a website and a short description help you show up for more searches.
How do I claim a listing that is already on VibeDex?
Search for your business, open its page and choose Claim this listing. Give us a business email address, and we hand the listing over once we have checked the details, usually within two working days.
How long does it take to appear in search results?
Your listing is live on VibeDex as soon as it is published, so people searching your town and trade can find it straight away. Appearing in Google's own results depends on Google recrawling the page.
What is Vibe Walk and how does my business appear in it?
Vibe Walk is VibeDex's street mode: somebody holds their phone up on the high street and the businesses around them are labelled on screen. Any listing with an accurate address and location appears, and claimed listings show your hours, rating and details.
Which types of business can list on VibeDex?
Any UK business that serves customers locally: shops, cafés, pubs, salons, garages, trades such as plumbers and electricians, and professional services such as solicitors, accountants and agencies.
Can customers leave reviews on my listing?
Yes. Reviews are tied to real signed-in accounts rather than anonymous posts, and you can respond to them once you have claimed your listing.
Do I need a website to be listed?
No. Plenty of listings run on a phone number and an address alone. If you have no website, your VibeDex page acts as your local presence.
