Listings, ratings, badges and reviews are information, not advice or a recommendation. We do not carry out the work, hold the contract or take payment between you and a business. Accuracy

We work hard to keep details right, but opening hours change, businesses move and phone numbers get reassigned. Information is provided as it stands, without warranty that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. Prices shown, including fuel prices, are the figures published by the retailer or scheme at the time we collected them and may have moved since. Ring ahead before you travel.

Where our data comes from

• Business owners, through the add-a-business and claim forms, for members and verified details.
• OpenStreetMap contributors, for unclaimed local listings and the map tiles, licensed under the Open Database Licence. Map and listing data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
• UK public sector information: Food Standards Agency hygiene ratings, local authority registers and the government fuel price scheme, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
• Postcode and coordinate lookups from postcodes.io, built on Ordnance Survey open data.
• Third-party review platforms, where a business owner has supplied a public profile link. Those ratings belong to the platform concerned.

Each listing shows its source and when we last refreshed it. Spotted a mistake? Claim the listing, or use the complaints and takedown process.

Reviews

Reviews are the personal opinions of the people who wrote them, not statements of fact by us. We do not pay for reviews or sell the ability to remove one. We moderate against our acceptable use policy and remove content that breaches it.

Copyright and trade marks

The VibeDex name, logo, page designs, code, editorial text and category imagery are owned by The Sandpiper Group LTD or licensed to it. You may link to us and quote short extracts with credit. You may not copy the directory in bulk, scrape it, or reuse our content commercially without written permission. Business names and logos shown on listings belong to those businesses and appear to identify them.

We link out to business websites, booking pages and public registers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, The Sandpiper Group LTD is not liable for loss arising from reliance on directory information, from dealings with a listed business, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
