Acceptable use

Do not post

• Anything unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful or obscene.
• Fake listings, listings for businesses you are not authorised to represent, or accreditation numbers that are not yours.
• Reviews you were paid for, reviews of your own business, or reviews aimed at damaging a competitor.
• Someone else's personal details, photographs you have no rights to, or confidential information.
• Malware, phishing links, or links that mislead about where they lead.
• Adult services, weapons, illegal drugs, or anything requiring a licence you do not hold.

Do not do

• Scrape, crawl beyond our robots rules, or bulk copy the directory or its database.
• Resell VibeDex data, or use it to train models, without our written permission.
• Probe, overload or interfere with the site, its APIs, or other people's accounts.
• Create accounts in bulk, or evade a suspension.
• Use the site to send unsolicited sales approaches to listed businesses.

Moderation

We check submissions and claims before publication and score them for spam signals. We may edit for formatting, unpublish, refuse a claim, remove a badge or close an account where these rules are broken. Where it is fair to do so, we will tell you why and give you the chance to correct the problem.

Reporting a problem

To report a listing, a review, an accreditation claim or a copyright issue, email hello@noreply.vibedex.life or call +44 20 4509 9796. Include the page address, what is wrong, and what you would like done. We aim to review reports within five working days and act sooner where there is a risk of harm.
